What document formats does Monce support?

Everything. PDFs, scanned documents, photos, handwritten notes, Word files, Excel files. Monce uses Claude's vision model on AWS Bedrock — if a human can read it, Monce can extract it.

How does the trust score work?

Every extracted field is matched against your catalog using the Snake engine — a deterministic, boolean-logic classifier. Each match produces a mathematical trust score (not AI confidence). Scores ≥85% auto-approve, ≥70% go to human review, <70% are flagged for manual entry.

What does it cost?

~€0.05 per document for AI extraction (AWS Bedrock). Snake matching is $0 — it runs deterministic boolean logic, no API calls. Infrastructure runs on ~€30/month. First documents are free to try.

Do I need to integrate with my ERP to start?

No. You can start today — upload a document via email, web, or API and get structured JSON/Excel back. ERP connectors (SAP, Sage, Oracle, Dynamics) are available when you're ready, but they're not required.

How is this different from OCR tools?

OCR reads text. Monce understands orders. It extracts fields semantically (Claude VLM), matches them against your catalog (Snake engine), verifies prices, and routes by trust score. The output is ERP-ready structured data, not raw text.
